When you use the visualiser we collect:

• The room photo you upload, and the wall area you mark on it.
• Your wall measurements, including any obstacles you tell us about.
• Your design choices — style, features and finish — and your installation choice.
• If you submit your project: your name, email address, mobile number, postcode, any notes you add, and your consent to be contacted.
• Basic technical records such as when a project was created.

We use your photo, measurements and design choices to create your visualisation and to keep your project together as you move through the steps. Your room photo is processed by an AI image service to render the media wall into your room.

If you submit your project, we use your contact details to prepare your quote and get in touch. If you don't submit, the details stay with your saved project and we don't use them to contact you.

We only share what's needed to run the visualiser: the companies that host the site and store project data, and the AI service that renders your image. We don't sell your information.

We also use a Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how well our advertising works — for example, whether an ad led someone to upload a room or send us a project. It only runs after you accept cookies, it isn't given your name, email address, phone number or postcode, and you can change your answer at any time through our cookie notice.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've shared — including your room photo — at any time. Just get in touch through our main website.
